CANCELLATION POLICY

In respect to everyone’s time and to my business, I ask that at least 12 hours’ notice be given for cancellations or requests to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service cost. This fee applies even if you choose to reschedule for a later date, as the original appointment time was reserved specifically for you. New Client Appointments: Because new-client appointments require me to reserve dedicated time in my schedule, the same 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all new-client appointments. Late Arrivals: If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please contact me via the business phone number. Arriving late may require your service to be adjusted depending on the remaining appointment time. No-Shows: If you are 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time without communication, I will consider the appointment a no-show. The card on file will then be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This policy allows me the opportunity to fill appointment times that become available and helps me keep my schedule and business running smoothly.
